Every bike is registered with Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance, which covers injury to other people in an accident. CTP does not cover damage to other vehicles or property, or damage to the bike. If you damage someone else's vehicle or property, you are responsible for the cost. 

To hire one of our vehicles, the following requirements must be met: 

• Full car licence for 50cc scooters — Australian or overseas. Learner and provisional licences are not accepted.
• Full motorcycle licence for 110cc scooters - Australian or overseas.
• Overseas licences must be current and in English, or accompanied by an official English translation or International Driving Permit.

Yes. We provide the registration and CTP details for signup. Delivery platforms may also require you to hold your own third party property or comprehensive insurance while delivering.

Our bikes are available for a minimum booking period of one week.

Our team takes care of all the bikes maintenance and servicing. This is included in your booking with no additional costs to you. There is a service sticker on the vehicle with the next service due date (or KMs). Please get in touch with our team to arrange a service at a convenient time.

Collect from our South Brisbane pickup point for free, or we'll deliver within 10km of the Brisbane CBD for $40 - free on bookings of 4 weeks or more. 

Return the bike to our pickup point, or we'll collect it from you for $40.

$300 - refunded when the bike is returned in the same condition, less any unpaid rent, fees or damage costs up to your excess. 

Message us any time, 24/7. Within 10km of the Brisbane CBD, we'll come to you and swap the bike free of charge. Outside 10km, a callout fee of $100 plus $2 per km beyond the 10km radius applies. If the breakdown is caused by the rider, such as running out of fuel, lost keys or accident damage - the callout fee applies anywhere, plus any repair costs up to your excess.

If the accident involves another vehicle; please get their contact information including phone number, email address and insurance information. Make sure to also get a photo of their identification and vehicle registration and the accident scene.  Don't admit fault or agree to pay anyone at the scene. If anyone is injured, call 000 and report it to police. 

You're responsible for repair costs up to your excess - $1,100 standard, or $500 with Excess Reduction. We charge the actual repair cost up to that amount. Conditions apply - see the hire agreement.
